Privacy Policy

This policy explains how App Work Core handles personal data for the website https://appworkcore.click. It is written for readers in the United Kingdom.

Data controller

App Work Core, Level 11, 54 Queen Street, London EC4R 1AB, is the controller for this website. Email info@appworkcore.click or telephone +44 20 7946 3250.

Information we do not collect through forms

This website has no lead forms, contact forms, newsletter boxes, or checkout. We do not collect names, message text, or email addresses through a web form, because no such form exists.

Information that may be processed

  • Email or voicemail you send yourself. If you write to info@appworkcore.click or leave a telephone message, we process the content you chose to send so we can reply.
  • Server logs. The host may record IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and fault finding.
  • Cookie preference. If you choose Accept or Reject on the banner, a value is stored in localStorage under the key appworkcore_cookie_consent on your device. That key is not a server-side account.
  • Analytics cookies only if you press Accept. If you press Reject, we do not set analytics cookies.

Purpose and lawful basis

Replying to mail you initiated is legitimate interests in operating a small desk, and contract steps if you later agree work off-site. Logs are legitimate interests in keeping the site available. Cookie storage after a choice is consent, which you can withhold by pressing Reject.

Retention

Emails and voicemails are kept only as long as needed to answer and, where relevant, to keep a brief record of agreed calendar work. Server logs follow the host’s rotation, typically weeks rather than years. localStorage remains until you clear site data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Because we do not run accounts, we will ask you to identify the email or call we should search.

International transfers

If the host or email provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on that provider’s appropriate safeguards (such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses) as they publish them.

Cookies and third parties

See the cookie policy for names, durations, and providers. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when a page loads; that request is a third-party connection. We do not embed a lead-capture pixel.

Children

The calendar is written for adults. We do not seek data from children.

Changes

We will update this page if the site’s processing changes. We will not add form-collection language while the site still has no forms.
