Who we are
App Work Core is an independent informational desk. It is not Marvel, not Veve, not Binance, and not a shop for tokens. Contact details appear on the contact page.
Acceptance
Use of the calendar pages, guides, and optional local tracking utility description is offered on the condition that you read this document and the privacy, cookie, and refund policies.
Intellectual property
Website copy, layout, and original graphics belong to App Work Core except where third-party trademarks are identified. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. Veve is a mark of its owner. Mention of those names does not transfer any licence to you.
Calendar content
Drop windows, sample tables, and issue notes are informational. They may lag a live marketplace, contain conversion mistakes, or record a listing that is later withdrawn. You must not treat a row as a promise that a comic will list, remain listed, or have any particular scarcity.
Compatibility claims
Where the site mentions Veve, it means you may navigate to an external storefront. Where it mentions Binance-compatible files, it means a timestamp format you might already use for personal records. App Work Core is not a product of Binance and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. The name is used solely to indicate compatibility. App Work Core is an independent informational resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

No financial service
App Work Core is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software in the sense described in the site footer. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. It does not hold funds or cryptocurrency, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide investment advice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales, App Work Core is not liable for loss of chance to obtain an NFT comic, for clock conversion disagreements, or for marketplace decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, as applicable in GB. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a consumer claim in your UK home court where the law requires.

We may revise these terms by updating this page. The date of the visible text is the date you should treat as current.
